Step One

On this we call we will discuss where you are and where you want to go on your personal health journey. Everything that you share is private and will help me to determine which programme is best suited to your personal wellness goals.

All programmes involve a 60-90 minute initial consultation and 30 minute follow up as standard. Depending on the programme you choose, you can also expect varying level of support including:

  • Regular 1 : 1 check ins

  • Email support

  • Recipe ideas & shopping lists

  • Health handouts

  • Testing & supplements (if appropriate, at additional cost)

Step Two

Your initial consultation

All consultations are via video call, so you can access me no matter where you’re based.

Prior to our call you will fill out a 3-day food diary and in-depth health & lifestyle questionnaire.

During your consultation you'll receive a thorough health assessment covering medical history, existing health concerns, current diet and lifestyle and your future health goals. Together we will agree on a nutrition and lifestyle plan that is realistic, exciting and effective.

Receive your personalised protocol 

Step Three

Expect your unique nutrition and lifestyle protocol 24-48 hours later. We’ll also book in your follow up sessions, so we can track your progress and make any necessary amendments along the way.

Duration

12 Weeks

My 1-1 programmes are built for you, with you. As a guide, your unique protocol will be designed to run for at least 12 weeks. This is the minimum amount of time required to see realistic, long lasting results. It also allows us to perform any necessary testing, deliver and act on those results. There is no ‘quick fix’ in health, but making a commitment to change is the first step to transforming your life for good.

Support

Taking health into your own hands doesn't have to be daunting or overwhelming. With my 1-1 programmes you'll be guided and supported from start to finish. I believe that a collaborative approach is the best way to get you the results that you want and deserve. If you feel lost or lack motivation, a 1-1 programme will guide you and keep you accountable. Regular contact and support ensures you stay driven and inspired to transform your health for good.
